Responsibility |

Shore Excursions are offered by Portside Tours LLC (The Company)
as a convenience to cruise ship passengers. All services provided
for the passengers are furnished by the independent contractor(s).
The Company exercises neither supervision nor control over such
contractor (s) and acts solely as the passenger's agent in obtaining
their services. The passenger agrees the Company has no liability
of any nature for personal injury, death, property damage, of
breach of service, which result from any act, omission, fault
or negligence on any independent contractor(s) regarding services.
The passenger also waives any and all claims against the Company
for any such damage and the passenger agrees to indemnify and
defend the Company if any action is brought against the Company
on account of any such injury, death, property damage to the
passenger or any such breach of services. |

All valuables, cameras, personal effects or other items carried
ashore are done so at the risk of the owner and should always
be in your possession. |

Tours LLC reserves the right to modify the content of any shore
excursion due to inclement weather conditions, monument closure,
or any other overpowering circumstances whatsoever, and shall
not be liable for any loss whatsoever to guests by reason of
such modification.
Portside Tours LLC reserves
the right to change shore excursion prices and itineraries
appearing on this website without prior notice.

Payment and Cancellation Policy |
|
Payment in full is required when booking shore excursions. Credit
card charges are entered immediately after the requested trips
are confirmed. |
|
Cancellation fees: 5% administration fee of the total cost of
the shore excursions 10 days or more prior to the sailing date,
and 100% of the total cost of the shore excursions 9 days or
less prior to the sailing date. |
|
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. If the purchaser
already carries this type of insurance, he is directed to contact
the insurance company to add in the coverage of these shore
excursions. |
|
If conditions make it impossible for the ship to dock and disembark
passengers, the tour will be cancelled and a full refund will
be made. |
|
Excursions may be cancelled should a minimum participation not
be met, in which case, a full refund will be made and notice
given prior to sailing. |

Shore excursion vouchers must be returned before a refund can
be made. Refund processing time is about three to four weeks. |
|
No refunds will be given on any shore excursion for no-shows.
